New to Pilates?

Congratulations, you have found the best workout for healing the mind and body! Like anything new, building a foundation is key to success. So, starting here is a great place to learn the key principles. After teaching for many years I have found, the trend for learning Pilates has transitioned.

We are so busy searching for the next “body makeover”, we don’t take the necessary time in the beginning stages to learn the moves correctly. In order to get a killer workout, we need to implement the basics. Once that is accomplished, the foundation we have built will allow us to grow and gain an unimaginable amount of strength.
